CLASS SCHEDULE

Note that wherever you see two different classes listed during the same hour it means we hold both classes simultaneously during the whole hour. It does NOT mean one class is during the first half hour and the other during the second half hour. Also, we have Open Box available during every class (except during Yoga), even if it isn’t specifically listed.

Drop-ins from other affiliates and those wanting to try our free introductory class are always welcome. Click here to setup your drop-in visit. Members please register/sign-in for classes via Wodify.

On the following Holidays/Days our hours of operation are modified as follows for 2023:
Good Friday, April 7 – No 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes.
4th of July – Open only from 9am-11am.
Thanksgiving Eve – No classes at 6:30pm and 7:30pm.
Thanksgiving – Open only from 9am-11am.
Black Friday – No 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes.
New Year’s Eve – Closed as it’s a Sunday anyway.
