Overview of our programming this week
We are in between strength cycles, but will definitely not neglect getting you all stronger. This week all the strength/accessory work will be done after the workouts.
Strength/skill-work for this week:
Monday – None
Tuesday – Incline Bench DB Chest Fly
Wednesday –Front Squat
Thursday – Shoulder Press
Friday – Sumo Deadlift
Saturday – Mini-pump Upper body posterior (extra time)
October is our anniversary month. We hope you enjoy some of the nostalgic workouts scattered throughout this month. On Monday we start with our first WOD we recorded in Wodify on 10/4/14 – “Lumberjack 20”. Tuesday is an interval WOD consisting of pull-ups, squats/lunges, DB Snatches and Box Jumps, which will result in a full-body workout. Wednesday is a heart pounding AMRAP with jump rope, a clean complex and the bike. Thursday is our original FTX Baseline WOD. Friday is the classic CrossFit benchmark “Nancy”. Saturday is our O’Course, but we do have an alternate as well.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
