Overview of our programming this week
We are between strength programs right now. Our next strength program will start on Monday, August 15th. This week we have some off cycle work on Monday through Wednesday.
Monday – DB Chest Fly
Tuesday – DB Bent-over Row
Wednesday – Hamstring Ring Curls
The beginning of the week has slightly shorter WODs and the latter part longer ones. Monday’s WOD is a couplet of running and C&Js. Tuesday takes you twice through four exercises: bike, wall balls, GHDs/V-Ups and C2B/Pull-ups. Wednesday is 7 rounds for time of push-presses, OTB Burpees and jump rope. Thursday is a series of AMRAPs that will hit the whole body with a variety of exercises. Friday is a partner pyramid chipper consisting of stick jumps, T2B and HSPUs. We conclude the week with 10 rounds every 2 minutes of biking and snatching. Enjoy this challenging week!

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
#FTXHomeWODs – We have plenty of gear for those of you that want to do some of these workouts at home, whether that is because of childcare situations, health reasons, schedule conflicts, or whatever. We can loan out all sorts of equipment, including rowers and barbells. We can also do personal training sessions with you at FTX or your home. If this is your situation, then please reach out to us so we can get you all setup! Checkout the section for Home/Travel WODs in Wodify. Use this for days you can’t get to FTX. These WODs will require minimal to no equipment.
