FTX Rates

As of 7/1/22 our membership rate and 10-packs will go from $175 to $185. Discount %s will remain the same for all current customers. The new rates are effective immediately for new incoming members and all future purchases of 10-packs.
Raising rates is not something we want to do. As any business must do given the current economic reality, we have to account for the unprecedented level of inflation. These economic factors are not our doing, and we cannot ignore them. To be the best FTX possible, to maintain our facilities, retain the best coaches, and adequately cover expenses, we need to increase our rates accordingly. We are by no means in a unique position as all businesses are currently having to adjust their pricing.
On the other hand, remember that if you’ve been a member at FTX for 6 months or more and you become unemployed, your membership is free for up to 6 months or until you regain employment. Also, if you are or you know of a member experiencing economic hardship, let us know so that we can come together as a community and help.

Overview of our programming this week

On to week 2 of our second 3 week cycle of the banded work followed later in the week by heavier lifts. If you did the first 3 week cycle with us, then you should be calculating everything off of a theoretical 1RM that +5-10 lbs. heavier than what you were working with on the last cycle.

Monday – None
Tuesday – Banded Bench Press
Wednesday – Banded Front Squats & Deadlifts
Thursday – Back Squat
Friday – Push Press

We hope everyone had a chance to do Murph over the weekend and that you’ve had a chance to recover. On Monday we are closed, but we’ve posted two running options for you to do at home or at a park. Log your scores in Wodify for a chance at some prizes! Tuesday we are doing the quintessential CrossFit benchmark Fran. Wednesday is a couplet of Devil’s Presses and Scotty Bob’s preceded by a row buy-in and concluded with a jump rope cash-out. Thursday is a 13:00 AMRAP of T2B, Box Jumps and Ft. Squats. Friday is a partner EMOM of snatches and burpees. Saturday is a long AMRAP of running, deadlifts and K2E.
