Overview of our programming this week
This is our last week of training doing sets of 5. Our next training cycle will introduce some new training techniques at FTX that will take many to the next level. This week’s strength days are as follows:
Monday – Deadlift
Wednesday – Shoulder Press
Thursday – Back Squat
Friday –Bench Press
Monday starts with a 13-minute AMRAP of Thrusters and Rope Climbs. Tuesday is the Bergeron Open Test. Wednesday will use the new Rogue Echo bikes a plenty with a partner WOD of bike, burpee box jump-overs and KBS. Thursday is an EMOM of HSPUs and T2B. Friday is a couplet of lunges and rowing. And we finish out the week on Saturday with a longer WOD of the bike, DB Hang C&Js and Pull-ups/BMUs.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
