Days are getting longer; spring is here, and it’s time to have an FTX party. Bring the whole family for great food and company. We will be having our famous Taco Truck for this event! We will also be celebrating all our January Challenge and CrossFit Open accomplishments.
Overview of our programming this week
For the next few weeks our strength training will be a cycle that consist of sets of 5. This is a good rep per set for strength training.
Monday – Shoulder Press
Tuesday – Deadlift
Wednesday – Bench Press
Thursday – GHD Sit-ups
Friday – Burpees & Back Squat
The WODs this weeks consist primarily of our Intro WODs and new more advanced test variants of these. Monday is B, Tuesday is C and Friday is A. On Wednesday you’ll have triple 4-minute AMRAPs of lunges and rope jumping. Thursday is a 3 round for time WOD of cleans and wall walks. Saturday is a longer WOD with running, front squats and dips. Enjoy this well-balanced mix of workouts that cover all the essential CrossFit movements.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
