Spring Open Party

Days are getting longer; spring is here, and it’s time to have an FTX party. Bring the whole family for great food and company. We will be having our famous Taco Truck for this event! We will also be celebrating all our January Challenge and CrossFit Open accomplishments.

Overview of our programming this week
We are into the second week of establishing RMs for our lifting program. Last week we did our 1RM, and this week we are working on 3RM. Our lifts this week are:
Monday – Back Squat
Tuesday – Pull-ups
Wednesday – Shoulder Press
Thursday – Deadlift
Friday – Bench Press
We start this week with a double 4:00 AMRAP of push-ups, hang cleans and KBS. Tuesday is a for time couple of hang snatches and sit-ups/v-ups. Wednesday is a full-body chipper. Thursday is short 5 round couplet of T2B and HSPUs. Friday is an alternating EMOM of box jumps and rope climbs. Saturday is the Hero WOD “Saman”.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
