Overview of our programming this week

Hopefully you all have enjoyed and benefitted from our weeks of super-setting various strength and skill movements. For this next week only about ½ the days have strength/skillwork. Our focus this week is on some longer workouts and core. We’re going to ensure all you FTXers have abs of steel!

Tuesday – Snatch
Wednesday – Front Squat
Friday – Clean

We start Monday with a classic Benchmark – Angie. We have 3 options for you on this workout to best ensure the right stimulus for your training. Tuesday’s WOD will ensure your glutes are not neglected this week. Enjoy those lunges! Wednesday is another classic Benchmark – Elizabeth. It’s a shorter WOD which will give us plenty of time to do those front squats, which in combination with Tuesday’s WOD will ensure we get the quads and glutes into hypertrophy beast mode. On Thursday, one part will hit the core hard, and the other part involves a lot of the Assault Bike. Do we need to say more? For Friday think “Rowing Fran”. Saturday is a longer 30-minute full-body workout.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
