Overview of our programming this week
Welcome to the New Year! We continue the tradition of starting the year with Fran. Tuesday is a leg killer WOD. Wednesday is “Ghost”. Thursday is a repeat triplet with cleans, squats and jerks. Friday is Wall Ball fun day. Saturday involves the “Lift up Luke” WOD.
Our strength/skillwork this week consists of a series of supersets:
Monday – Deadlifts + Hip/back extensions
Tuesday – Ring dips + HSPUs
Wednesday – Bicep curls + DB Bent-over flys
Thursday – Core workout (not a superset)
Friday – Shoulder press + pull-ups

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
