FTX Holiday Teen Classes

FTX will be offering a special kids’ session for our early teen age group (ages 13-15) over the Thanksgiving and/or Christmas break. This session will consist of 5 one-hour classes which will cover our Essentials curriculum. Teens will review the 9 foundational movements and more, including gymnastics movements and Olympic lifts, in preparation to joining the adult CrossFit classes. These classes will be held outside of our regular kids’ classes and will be geared specifically to this age group. Regular kids’ class punches will be applied to the program. Please let us know if you are interested in the program by November 1st so we can finalize times and dates.

Overview of our programming this week

Strength this week is a bit more focused on developing your Olympic lifting! #FTXStrong
Monday = OH Squat / Tuesday = Clean / Thursday = Snatch / Friday = Back Squat
The workouts this week involve lighter weights, more cardio and a variety of gymnastic movements.

FTX Classes – We continue with our full schedule of adult and kids’ classes. See our schedule here – https://ftxcrossfit.com/schedule/.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.

#FTXHomeWODs – We have plenty of gear for those of you that want to do some of these workouts at home, whether that is because of childcare situations, health reasons, schedule conflicts, or whatever. We can loan out all sorts of equipment, including rowers and barbells. We can also do personal training sessions with you in your driveway/yard/garage or via Zoom. If this is your situation, then please reach out to us so we can get you all setup!
