Overview of our programming this week
Your core will get worked this week. Here come the six packs! And combined with some longer WODs, and of course strength training, serious energy will be burned.
This week we are doing 3-3-3+ in our on-going 5-3-1 strength program. Take a look at what you did 4 weeks ago and adjust accordingly. If last time your 3+ set was:
- 1-2 reps -> then stay at the same weight again.
- 3-4 reps -> increase weight by a few pounds.
- 5-7 reps -> increase weight by a bit more.
- 8+ reps-> your 1RM is way higher than you estimated last time, talk to a trainer to figure out what you should be lifting on all your sets.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.
#FTXHomeWODs – We have plenty of gear for those of you that want to do some of these workouts at home, whether that is because of childcare situations, health reasons, schedule conflicts, or whatever. We can loan out all sorts of equipment, including rowers and barbells. We can also do personal training sessions with you in your driveway/yard/garage or via Zoom. If this is your situation, then please reach out to us so we can get you all setup!
