Overview of our programming this week
We’re on an off week for the 5-3-1 strength program. Next week we start our second cycle. This week there is a heavy emphasis on pull-ups, but they are spread out relatively evenly throughout the week. This week’s WODs are a good balance between some power/Oly lifts and gymnastics movements.
