New Member Meet & Greet

7:30pm – 8:30pm

This is for all FTXers, but the occasion is a casual time of drinks and snacks where new members can get to know our awesome community better. Stop by for a few minutes or stick around the whole hour. We will have adult beverages, other beverages and snacks for all. Hope you’ll come by for this one! (We won’t have Open Box that evening.)
Please RSVP on FB or on our sign-up board at FTX so we can plan for the right amount of snacks and drinks.

Overview of our programming this week

We’ll be doing week 3 of a new 5-3-1 strength cycle this week. The 5-3-1 strength program is one we have effectively used on numerous occasions in the past. Our workouts this week are mostly combinations of running/rowing/biking with another 1-2 movements which vary quite a bit between WODs. The other movements range from jump rope work to deadlifts and squats.

FTX Classes – We continue with our full schedule of adult and kids’ classes. See our schedule here – https://ftxcrossfit.com/schedule/.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.

#FTXHomeWODs – We have plenty of gear for those of you that want to do some of these workouts at home, whether that is because of childcare situations, health reasons, schedule conflicts, or whatever. We can loan out all sorts of equipment, including rowers and barbells. We can also do personal training sessions with you in your driveway/yard/garage or via Zoom. If this is your situation, then please reach out to us so we can get you all setup!
