Overview of our programming this week

Our workouts this week feature several chippers. Chippers are workouts for time where you work your way through multiple exercises and their corresponding reps. Chippers allow for a lot of variety. They are also psychologically satisfying as you get to chip away at the exercises and check them off. This makes this type of workout seem to go by faster in some respects. We finish off this week with our O’Course, which is actually a chipper as this one is programmed. Our O’Course is something unique as very few gyms anywhere in the world offer an obstacle course.

FTX Kids’ Classes – We have classes for 8-13 year-olds Tuesday through Friday at 4:30pm.

#FTXHomeWODs – We have plenty of gear for those of you that want to do some of these workouts at home, whether that is because of childcare situations, health reasons, schedule conflicts, or whatever. We can loan out all sorts of equipment, including rowers and barbells. We will also do personal training sessions with you in your driveway/yard/garage or via Zoom.
