Week of 17-22
More than a workout – Change your life!™
Next Saturday, May 22nd, we will be doing the PairUP ThrowDOWN workout as our MetCon for the day. There will be an alternate workout ready for those who are uninterested or unable to perform what they announce. We urge all who are interested to take a look at the challenge website and find a partner to do this challenge with. You can visit https://www.crossfit.com/pair-up-throw-down in order to officially register for the competition with CrossFit. However, feel free to partner with someone and go after this workout even if you don’t register.
The workout will be announced in Open fashion on Thursday, May 20th, at noon. The official competition distinguishes between Male-Male, Female-Female, and Male-Female teams, as well as the same age groups we saw during the Open. And of course, there will be scaled and Rx’d versions too.

Zoom
Classes
Zoom Fatigue seems to have taken hold. As of June 1,
we will discontinue offering Zoom classes due to a lack of demand. On the one
hand it has been great to be able to offer this technology during unprecedented
times and we hate to discontinue offering this powerful tool, but on the other
hand it is a sign that things are returning to a more normal state. It is good
to now have almost everyone back to in-person classes.
