2021 CrossFit Open
Welcome to week 1!
Weekly Open Schedule:
- Team Challenges (Scores need to be logged by Friday 6:30pm in Wodify. Each Friday we’ll have that challenge listed. If you don’t physically come in on Friday, you can still log your score by registering for Friday’s #FTXHomeWOD class and recording your score there via the Wodify App.)
- Overall – Throughout all 3 weeks work on your Max Double-Unders. Work on getting the most unbroken double-unders possible. We’ll record this in Wodify on Friday 3/26.
- Week 1 – Max Box Jump Height
- Week 2 – Max Distance Ski (No individual scores here. Just ski on your team’s designated Ski Erg.)
- Week 3 – Max Clean and Press (Note that the Press is a strict press here.)
- Thursdays – At 7pm the workout of that week will be announced via the CrossFit Games website. – https://games.crossfit.com/
- Fridays – At 6:30 pm we will have our Friday Night Lights. We will have six of our very own FTXers go head-to-head. Come do the Open WOD or to just watch. We will be transmitting our Friday Night Lights online. And after our Friday Night Lights we will all head to a local restaurant to continue the fun.
- Week 1 – The Gals
- Week 2 – The Guys
- Week 3 – Teens & Masters.
- Saturdays – Will be devoted to doing the Open WODs during all classes and Open box.
- Sundays – We’ll be open 2:30pm – 3:30pm for doing the Open Workouts or you can simply do Open Box.
- Mondays – Scores need to be submitted by 7pm. If you couldn’t make it in during any of the other times to do the Open, then Open Box times (11am, 2:30pm) are excellent for making up the WOD. Please don’t plan on doing the Open WODs on Mondays during our busy class times, especially 4:30pm and 5:30pm.
