This week’s Strength cycle schedule:
We are into the 15th week of a 16 week strength cycle based on the Juggernaut system. This week is the third week of our final phase. What we liked about this system was that it is specifically designed to complement other activities/sports. We’ll be excited to see how you all have improved over the months that we’ve done this system.

Classic for time WOD on Monday that will get legs and upperbody with more of a bodyweight to medium weight focus. Tuesday involves interval training with heavy cleans and shuttle runs. Wednesday is a heavy Fran variant with options for all levels. Thursday is a calorie burner to get your ready for all the Thanksgiving food. Friday is a fun partner WOD of upperbody and core movements. We close out the week with a progressive chipper WOD to remove the guilt from that extra piece of pie you ate.

We hope you enjoy this week of functional, constantly varied workouts done at an appropriate level of intensity. As always – train smart!
