This week’s Strength cycle schedule:
We are into the second week of a 16 week strength cycle based on the Juggernaut system. What we like about this system is that it is specifically designed to complement other activities/sports. We strongly encourage you not to miss any of the strength days. For unlimited members this may involve just coming in for the strength portion on some days versus doing a whole class. For those that don’t have an unlimited membership – upgrade! [If you’ve been on a Flex 13 membership for 3 months or longer, then for September and October you can upgrade for just $10 per month. Just send us an email to trainer@ftxcrossfit.com requesting the upgrade and we’ll take care of it.]

This week you will again see medium to long workouts. The WODs are again more body-weight with medium weight movements sprinkled in throughout. What varies quite a bit this week are the formats. This week we have a chipper, single modality, couplet, triplet, and interval based WODs. We finish the week with our FTX exclusive – The Obstacle Course.
