Victory Nutrition offers a subscription based program that teaches people how to fuel their bodies through whole foods and balanced macronutrients. Their system combines physiology, biomechanics and a deep understanding of the human body to help our clients achieve weight loss, better performance, and ultimately a healthier lifestyle. Origin Meals provides chef-driven, gluten-free & dairy-free, locally-prepared meals, delivered to you and ready to eat! Your meals are delivered and ready for you each Monday and Thursday morning.

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
