We know that Open WODs are taxing. At the end of the day each of you needs to know when to push hard and when to back off. Keep in mind that it is intensity that brings about results. These WODs are great tests of fitness, especially since these are benchmarks for which there is a lot of data. We can compare our performance to our own past results and also to the general populace. This gives us a great opportunity to gauge where we are on our fitness journey. We focused on Open WODs this week to give you all an opportunity to see how things are going prior to the actual Open starting later this month. Plus they are great workouts, and with the variants and our own Elements and Burn! programs you have a lot of options.
