The CrossFit Open is coming! It starts February 21st. In preparation for the Open we will be doing a few past Open WODs this week. We hope you enjoy our selections. If you hit Monday and Tuesday hard, then you will be ready for slowing it down a bit on Wednesday with some heavy shoulder work and on Thursday with a No Measure WOD. And then you should be ready to hit it hard again on Friday and Saturday. We’ve also given you a few good alternates this week with our Elements WODs.

It is our hope you enjoy this week’s programming of functional movements that are constantly varied and meant to be done at high intensity. Keep in mind that quality of movement and range of motion come before going heavier and faster. Train smart!
