Please welcome Carol Matthias to our coaching staff

Carol has been with FTX for almost 6 years! In that time she has grown much with CrossFit and developed a passion for the impact it can have on people’s lives. She has coached at CrossFit Glen Ellyn for 2 years and also has her SMR Master Level certification. Please welcome our long time member to now being on the training staff!

Alternate who’s rowing after each round of crawl/wall ball/jumps
Score = Meters Rowed + (meters and reps of last round of crawl/wall ball/jumps)
