NaughtyorNice

Naughty or Nice (NoN) is an annual, global opportunity to serve local children and families in our communities by giving a gift and getting a lift. Each year host gyms collect gifts for children by partnering with reputable organizations such as Toys for Tots, local children’s hospitals, homeless shelters and more. Last year we broke our goal of helping 3,000 kids by helping 3,178. This year, help us achieve our goal of helping over 5,000 children! Sign up NOW!

WOD Summary

This week we are doing the second week of a 5-3-1 Strength Training cycle. For many the next few weeks will be a good chance to see how much stronger you’ve gotten in 2018!

Our WODs this week start with several Interval training variations with each having a different focus – strength, endurance and core. We finish the week with the Naughty or Nice event.

It is our hope you enjoy this week’s programming of functional movements that are constantly varied and meant to be done at high intensity. Keep in mind that quality of movement and range of motion come before going heavier and faster. Train smart!
