20 Rounds of 1:00 on / :30 off
Rotate through each of the 10 stations twice. Start anywhere, but then continue in order switching exercises during each rest period.

4) Goblet Squats 30/20#
5) Palm release push-ups
6) Shuttle Runs (Pole to pole)
7) Wtd. Step-ups 20″ w/ 2 DBs @ 30/20#
8) RKBS 55/35#
9) Wall Ball 20/14# 10’/9′
10) Ring Rows (start w/ arms perpendicular to ground)
