Handstand Push-ups, 3x
Max Ht. Box Jumps, 3x
Double Pull-up Bar Obstacle, 3x
Ramp Run, 10x
Do your hardest three reps on the HSPU (i.e. deficit, Strict)
Take the 3 jumps per round to be building up your Max height jump. Progress the height as you see fit.
Work on getting the Double Pull-up bar OR getting faster on it.
