Upcoming Events

Run 3120 – Memorial Day 12pm-8pm
Eric O’Connor is going to run 31 miles with a 20 lb. pack in under 8 hours to raise funds for the National Blood Clot Alliance.. and break a Guinness World Record while he’s at it. You can support him in 3 ways!

  1. Run a mile with Eric. (You choose which mile you want to run with him: 1-31). $10.
  2. Do the Murph workout. Your first mile for Murph will coincide with one of Eric’s miles. (You choose which mile you want to run with him: 1-31). $20.
  3. Come cheer. Free!

You can add a meal/drink option to all of the above for $20 ($60 for a whole family). All you can eat Tacos (includes 1 FitAid or GreatThan beverage). Purchase the meal/drink option as an additional ticket. Meal will be served from 5:30pm – 8:00pm.

All proceeds will go to the National Blood Clot Alliance.

Chipper (12:00 Cap)

  • 30 KB Front Rack Squat, 30s/20s
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 KB Front Rack Squat, 55s/35s
  • 20 C2B Pull-ups
  • 10 KB Front Rack Squat, 70s/55s
  • 10 Bar Muscle -ups

Front Rack is with 2 KBs. Go as far as you can through the WOD trying to beat the cap. Each squat weight will act as a tie breaker.
Scaled: The first two sets of squats are scaled. Add 5:00 to your time if you do the 30 but can not do the pull-ups. If you can do the pull-ups but stop at the C2B record your time as is after the set of 20 squats.
Rx: able to do the C2B, record time after the 10 heavy squats.
Rx+: Doing at least 1 M/U. Add any missed reps to the 12:00 cap
