  • 11 Wall Ball, 20/14# MB
  • 12 Burpees

Rx+: As Written, 115/75#, 45s/30s
Rx: 85/55#, 30s/20s, HR Push-ups
If pull-up bars are limited then start large classes in heats of 5. [2:00 gaps should suffice. ]
