Warm-up to make 3 attempts for a max in each lift

  • Snatch
  • Clean & Jerk

If you haven’t been lifting regularly, don’t attempt a max. Do 3-3-3 of each instead. And if you aren’t familiar with the Olympic lifts, then spend time working on components of each.


None today. Concentrate on the Olympic Lifts. Remember that mechanics and range of motion trump speed and weight.
