FTX Gold (65+) – 2:30pm – 3:30pm
This class is specifically designed for members 65 and older. Anyone can do CrossFit. It’s only a matter of degree. We have had a great success rate with older members regaining vitality and functionality. There’s no reason that one can’t lead an active life in our latter years!

Strength / Skillwork

Hang Clean
With a Barbell at 75% of your 1RM, Perform as many
Cleans as you can every other minute on the minute for 4 rounds (7:00 duration). 1:00 on, 1:00 Off.

FGB: KB-style: 1:00 each, 3x through
