- 15 Toes to Bar
– Focus on unbroken sets or lowest number of sets possible.
– Choose a weight you believe will be doable but challenging on the Wall ball.
– If you can no t T2B practice good sets at the highest angle you can get your toes with a kip.
No measure. 4 Rounds of:
8 Box Jumps, 24/20″
32 Russian KBS, 55/35#
