3 to 5 Strict Handstand Push-up (deficit if possible)
5 to 15 GHD Sit-ups (Depending on level of experience)
8 Push-ups (1-arm if possible)
1 Skin the Cat

Do What you Can at the best form possible! That is your first priority. If GOOD Push-ups are easy for you and 1-arm is a no go then do slow push-ups.
