Yoga is back!

After practicing yoga for 8 years, our very own Molly Mattaliano recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Core Power Yoga. She shares, “I incorporate yoga into my fitness routine to gain balance and flexibility to enhance my CrossFit, tennis, and daily life activities. My experience and training has taught me that everyone can enjoy the many physical benefits of yoga.  I look forward to sharing my passion for yoga with my friends at FTX Crossfit!”
