There are 3 separate AMRAPs, pick one WOD based on team size, to keep the scores separate. Try to do a Team of 3 if possible. But only one barbell per team.

Perform as many Combo reps as possible. Alternate the reps between the three athletes and keep a continuous count. Everyone should do the same weight on the team.
