8 Reps @ 50-60%
5 Rep @ 70-80-80-80%

For 15 Rounds of EMOTM perform:

3 Cleans
5 Over-Bar Burpees
7 Deadlift
Everyone will attempt to do 15 rounds, and then if there is no failed rounds begin adding 1 rep per exercise on round 16. If you do not advance to round 16 record the number of rounds completed.
