Lateral Shuttle Runs, 10′
Bear Crawl, 1 rep per 4′
Walking Lunges
Bounding Hops, 1 rep every 4′
REST

Go back and forth on the shuttle run, 1 point per length, 2 points for down + Back.
Set up 24′ Bounding Hop &Bear crawl length, 6 points per length.
Rest will equal 1:00 total at the end of each round.
