WOD 1
30 Kettlebell Combos: 1/2 TGU + 3 G2O + 1/2 TGU
Each rep consists of a Turkish Get-up to the standing position, Then bring the KB down and perform 3 snatches or Clean & Jerk on the same arm. On the 3rd catch resume the Turkish get-up and go down to the floor. That is 1 combo rep out of 30. Switch sides and do 15 per side.
