  • Good Mornings

Rx: 55/35# KB, 30s/20s DB, 45/35# BB (no empty barbells)
Do NOT try to crank out the Good Mornings, but go steady and try to use the full minute. The Good Morning reps are not part of your score. So count all reps, except those of Good Mornings.
