  • Max Set Strict HSPU / Shoulder Push-ups

  • 5 Kipping HSPU
  • 2x Over Box Jump Circuit, 20/20/18/18/24″ OR On/Off boxes
  • 1 Skin the Cat

Add 3 Reps to the KTE, T2B, Kip HSPU each Round

Focus on learning to Cycle your Reps.
REST as needed between sets.
