3 Position Clean

Power – Hang Power – Hang Squat
Start with an empty BB and build up. Keep the rests short while it is easy. If you made notes on a previous 3 position clean see if it is a similar combo and try to beat the weight.

WOD

15:00 AMRAP, Teams of 3: 1 Runs, 1 Reps, 1 Rests
[Alternate stations whenever the runner returns from a 200m lap]
The movement for the athlete working Reps is: Scotty Bobs
Count each push-up and DB pull as 1 rep.
Score = Completed Laps x Scotty Bob reps
