We started a new class on Wednesday for those 55+ – FTX Gold.
FTX Gold is a class designed to help build and restore flexibility, balance and core strength while increasing the body’s ability to function in daily life without pain. The class combines elements of core, Yoga, Pilates, endurance training principles, TRX suspension training technology, and CrossFit. All this specifically targeting the needs of 55+ year olds.
