Monday – Speed & Agility work / Kettlebell Deck’o’Cards.
Tuesday – Open Prep Box Jump  & Wall Ball Skillwork / Partner Speed Tabata w/ OTB Jumps, Wall Ball & Chest Throws.
Wednesday – Clean and Jerk Skillwork / EMOTM w/ C&J and Burpees /Speed & Agility work.
Thursday – Speed & Agility work / Short WOD w/ Push-press & Ft. Squats.
Friday –  17.1.
Saturday – 17.1 + Alternate WOD will be available.

Elements WODs
Great for beginners and advanced CrossFitters alike.
(Note: These WODs can also be done as an alternate during our regular classes as well. These WODs focus more on body weight movements, light weights, no barbells, and are more cardio focused.)

Monday – 20 min. Row for distance.
Tuesday – Long WOD w/ Rowing/Biking, Wall Balls & Jumping Jacks.
Wednesday – 18 min. AMRAP w/ Singles, Step-ups, Push-ups & Ring Rows.
Thursday – 15 min. AMRAP w/ Mt. Climbers, Hanging Knee Raises, DB Thrusters & Burpees.
Friday – No Elements today. Do scaled of 17.1.
Saturday – No Elements on Saturdays.
