Holder has 2 KBs/DBs, if they are set down the partner must stop doing reps and they both do 3 burpees before starting again. Weight stays in a Farmer carry position the whole time and no setting down when switching on the minute. Put simply: the only way to do NO burpees today is to not let your KB/DB touch the floor or boxes (etc.), while only holding them with a Farmer carry method.
