Rx: Start @ 95/65# (add 10# per round) 24/20″
Fit: Start @ 65/35# (add 5# per round) 20/16″

Record all S2O done in unbroken sets of 6. If you drop the BB after 5 reps you lose 1 reps for that round. Add in your best Round of Box Jumps to the final score. Rx+ & Rx MUST do Jumps.
