It’s not too late to sign-up. This competition is great for beginner and advanced athletes alike.

Are you looking to eat healthier! Here’s an easy solution.

We are now working with Cinderella Paleo to bring you healthy ready-to-eat meals to FTX. Meals are delivered on Monday and Thursday evenings and will be stored in our fridge. You can pick them up at FTX at your convenience. Orders need to be submitted by Thursday 12pm for the following week. This stuff is delicious and of course made fresh with the best ingredients!

Wednesday – Muscle-ups / Med. length B-day WOD w/ Wall Balls, Box Jumps, Push-ups, Goblet Squats & Ring Rows.
Thursday – Max. Box Jump / Partner FGB w/ Lunges, Rowing, KBS, DB Thrusters & Ball Slams.
Friday – Our famous Veteran’s Day WODs.

Tuesday – 500m Row / Metcon w/ Rowing, KB Deadlifts & Step-ups.
Wednesday – Longer WOD w/ Wall Balls, Step-ups, Push-ups, Goblet Squats & Ring Rows.
Thursday – Interval training w/ Lunges, Bike, DB Thrusters, KBS & Ball Slams.
Friday –  Double-unders / 20:00 AMRAP w/ Banded Pull-ups, Burpees, Sit-ups & Air Squats.
Saturday – No Elements class on Saturdays.
