We are now working with Cinderella Paleo to bring you healthy ready-to-eat meals to FTX. Meals are delivered on Monday and Thursday evenings and will be stored in our fridge. You can pick them up at FTX at your convenience. Orders need to be submitted by Thursday 12pm for the following week. This stuff is delicious and of course made fresh with the best ingredients!

Tuesday -Deadlift / Class-wide Team WOD w/Push-ups, Indian sit-ups, K2E, D/Us & Hang Cleans.
Wednesday – Front Squat / Chipper w/ Deadlift, Pull-ups, Clean, Burpees, Push-press & Prisoner Squat.
Thursday – Bench Press / Tabata w/ Rowing, MBSC & Farmer Carry.
Friday – Shoulder Press / Short WOD w/ Deadlift & HSPUs.
Saturday – Back Squats / Death-by Man-Makers & Short Core-WOD.

Elements WODs
Great for beginners and advanced CrossFitters alike.

Monday – The Kettlebell (KB) Swing / Intervals w/ KB Swings, Air Squats, DB Cleans, KB/DB Push-press & Row.
Tuesday – The Medicine Ball Squat Clean (MBSC) / Med. long WOD w/ Push-ups, Sit-ups, Leg Lifts, Jump Rope & MBSC.
Wednesday -Ball Slam, KB Swing & KB Snatch / Longer Chipper w/ Lots of core plus the movements from the skillwork.
Thursday -Learning and improving D/Us / Intervals w/ DB C&J, Jump Rope & Bike.
Friday –  Learning and improving the HSPU/ 18:00 AMRAP w/ Shoulder Push-ups, Light KB Deadlift, Row & Leg Lifts.
Saturday – No Elements class on Saturdays.
