Kettlebell Chipper for time:

  • 50 1-arm Swings
  • 50 1-arm Push-press
  • 50 1-arm Cleans
  • 50 Lunges
  • 50 1-arm Snatch
  • 50 Squats

Same KB for the whole WOD. Set it down whenever you need to. Switch hands whenever you want, but be balanced in your rep scheme.
