- 50 1-arm Swings
- 50 1-arm Push-press
- 50 1-arm Cleans
- 50 Lunges
- 50 1-arm Snatch
- 50 Squats
Same KB for the whole WOD. Set it down whenever you need to. Switch hands whenever you want, but be balanced in your rep scheme.
