We are now working with Cinderella Paleo to bring you healthy ready-to-eat meals to FTX. Meals are delivered on Monday and Thursday evenings and will be stored in our fridge. You can pick them up at FTX at your convenience. Orders need to be submitted by Thursday 12pm for the following week. This stuff is delicious and of course made fresh with the best ingredients!

Monday – Back Squat / Partner WOD w/ Jump rope & KBS.
Tuesday – Hang Clean / Death by “Cindy” – Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats.
Wednesday – Deadlift / Speed intervals of Hang Snatch, Box Jumps, Ball Slams & Shuttle-runs.
Thursday – Ft. Squat / Heavy intervals of Dead Lifts, Hang Cleans & S2O.
Friday – Turkish Get-up / Gymnastic Chipper w/ M/Us, HSPUs, Box Jumps, T2B, Burpees, Dips, K2E & Rope Climbs.
Saturday – “Jerry”.

Elements WODs
Great for beginners and advanced CrossFitters alike.

Monday – WOD w/ light G2O, Plate Hops & Flutter Kicks / Learning the GHD sit-up.
Tuesday – Working on getting that pull-up and/or improving pull-ups / WOD w/ lots of squats, shoulder movements and some pulling.
Wednesday – WOD w/ Wall Balls, Light DB Snatch, Step-ups, Ball Slams & Rowing.
Thursday – Interval Training w/ light weight movements.
Friday – WOD w/ Dips, Push-ups, Ring Rows, PVC OHS/Lunges & Box Jumps.
Saturday – No Elements class on Saturdays.
