WOD

With a Thin Band attached to a horizontal pull-up bar:
10 Down Pull and Open (2 hands)
10 Overhead Pull away (2 hands)
10 Overhead Push away (2 hands)

With a Thin Band attached to a Vertical D-Ring:
10 Lateral Pulls facing the rig, Right side (1 hand)
10 Lateral Pulls facing the rig, Left side (1 hand)
10 High Pull Overhead (1 hand)

Do all 6 movements then repeat. SLOW REPS!
