Updated Schedule

We are always seeking to improve. As of October 1, we are making a few adjustments to our schedule:
1) We are NOT reducing the amount of classes.
2) We are changing our Boot Camp classes to CrossFit Elements. These classes will be mostly in the mornings, but we’ll also have a few in the afternoons. The focus will be more on body weight exercises and teaching/reviewing the fundamentals. The workouts in our CrossFit Elements classes will be challenging for beginners and veterans alike. These classes will also focus and devote more time on teaching people to get D/Us, pull-ups, HSPUs and other movements. The WODs in these classes will tend to be a little bit longer on average than our regular CrossFit classes.
