  • 50m Sled Push Outside (low grips)
  • 10 Cleans
  • 15 S2O
  • 20 Deadlift
  • 25 OTB Burpees
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 35 T2B
  • 40 Wall Balls

Start in Heats of 2 on the sled. Start next heat on half minute marks as soon as sled is available. Use only 1 bar per person max.
